Washer and Dryer for MCF Togo

The Minnesota Department of Corrections is seeking to procure two B&C SP-45# Soft Mount Washers and one Huebsch HT075 75# LP Gas Dryer for the Togo facility. The contract requires delivery, set, and level of the new units, as well as removal and disposal of the existing units. Responders must submit their bids through the SWIFT Supplier Portal, and the State reserves the right to reject any and all responses. The contract term is anticipated to be from February 3, 2026 – June 30, 2026. • The State is committed to diversity and inclusion in its public procurement process. • Responders must provide equipment sales literature, technical data, or specifications upon request. • The State allows joint ventures among groups of responders. • Responders may withdraw their response prior to the due date and time of the Solicitation. • The State reserves the right to award the solicitation to a single responder or multiple responders.
