The Air Force seeks a small‑business contractor to provide comprehensive industrial‑water‑treatment services for cooling towers, boilers, heating plants, steam and closed‑loop systems at Wright‑Patterson AFB. The work is limited to testing, chemical dosing, inspection, reporting, and related laboratory analysis; no boiler operation, mechanical cleaning, or equipment disassembly is required.
