Midlands Technical College is seeking vendors to supply brand‑new printing and heat‑press equipment, along with associated supplies and on‑site installation, for its Airport Campus. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder and will require delivery within 30 days of order receipt. • Provide one Epson SureColor F2270 DTF printer with full accessories, warranties, and software. • Supply heat‑press units (Hotronix STX20 and Dual Air Fusion IQ) plus pretreatment liquids and paper. • Include freight, on‑site installation, and a one‑year on‑site warranty for the printer. • All items must be new, delivered to the campus address, and installed by the contractor. • Vendor must be registered in the South Carolina vendor system and comply with tax withholding rules for non‑resident suppliers.
