The U.S. Government Publishing Office is seeking a vendor to produce 9,000 removable static‑cling window decals for the BLM Barstow Field Office. The decals will be printed on clear vinyl, using flexographic or screen printing with four‑color process plus opaque white, trimmed to 5.5 × 5.25 in, and packaged in shrink‑wrapped cartons of 50. Five design variants are required, with quantities ranging from 1,000 to 3,000 each.
