Description
The opportunity is for providing specialized labor to paint Embassy buildings. The work includes painting the perimeter walls and other areas of the buildings. The contractor will be allowed to work on multiple fronts simultaneously, and the Embassy will provide necessary escorts. The contractor must submit certification and technical documentation for the proposed scaffolding system prior to installation.
* The buildings to be painted include CAC#1, CAC#2, and MotorPool/Power Plant.
* The contractor can use the exterior area around Embassy shops for storing materials.
* The contractor must submit requests in advance to the Facility Manager for approval.
* The contractor can use standardized multidirectional scaffolding systems or steel scaffolding with certified platforms, provided they comply with safety regulations and relevant standards.
