Design Consultant for Major Amendment to LRFP - 2026-2031

The Passaic Public School District is seeking a design consultant to prepare, present, and submit a Major Amendment to its Long Range Facility Plan (LRFP) for the planning cycle 2026-2031. The scope includes comprehensive facility assessments, enrollment projections, demographic analysis, and coordination with the NJ Department of Education (NJDOE). The selected firm must also include services of a certified demographer as part of this engagement. Key tasks include: • Conducting field investigations of school buildings • Submitting deficiency reports with order of magnitude estimates • Providing demographer's basic services and report • Conducting enrollment projection analysis • Modifying existing floor plans for DOE submission • Submitting final LRFP and presenting findings • Addressing comments from NJDOE The project duration is approximately 8 months, from December 16, 2025, to July 31, 2026.
