Description
The District is seeking a qualified contractor to perform comprehensive annual testing, inspection, and reporting of its water‑based fire protection systems across all campuses and facilities. The work includes hydrant checks, valve and sprinkler inspections, alarm and pump testing, documentation of deficiencies, and provision of a one‑year warranty on parts and labor, all in accordance with NFPA 25 and applicable codes.
• Perform full scope testing of fire hydrants, stand‑pipe, sprinkler, alarm, and fire pump systems at ~40+ sites.
• Deliver detailed PDF reports per facility, including photos, deficiency priority, and immediate notification of critical issues.
• Provide licensed, certified technicians, coordinate scheduling through the Security Systems Administrator, and maintain compliance with safety, insurance, and background‑check requirements.
