Description
The Randolph County School System is seeking proposals from qualified vendors and contractors to design and develop a GHSA-compliant, eight-lane track and field facility at Randolph-Clay High School. The scope of work includes track design and construction, all-weather track surfacing, field event areas, site preparation and drainage, athletic equipment installation, safety and accessibility compliance, and project management and warranty support. Interested vendors should demonstrate experience with athletic facility construction, track and field project experience, proper licensing and insurance, ability to complete projects on schedule, and positive references from similar projects. Proposals will be evaluated based on relevant experience, quality of proposed services, cost effectiveness, references and past performance, and ability to meet project timelines.

• A mandatory site visit is required prior to proposal submission.

• The Randolph County School System reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, request additional information, negotiate with selected vendors, award all or portions of the project, and cancel the RFP if necessary.
