Description
The City of Farmington is requesting proposals from qualified professional engineering firms or individuals for engineering services related to the implementation of the City's Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) project(s) for FY'26. The engineer services include preparing cost estimates during application preparation, preparing plans and specifications, distributing bid documents, assisting in bid openings and tabulations, conducting preconstruction conferences, providing inspections during construction, and approving partial pay requests. The contract shall be on a fixed price basis. The evaluation criteria include experience and technical expertise, ability to successfully design and oversee CDBG projects, availability of qualified personnel, record success on CDBG projects, and schedule of time to complete projects.

• The engineer services must be performed in accordance with federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and policies.
