PRCR Triple Shred Hardwood Mulch for Destination Parks,2026

The City of Raleigh is soliciting proposals for the installation of triple shred hardwood mulch at four destination parks: Pullen Park, Dix Park, the Raleigh Rose Garden, and John Chavis Memorial Park. The selected vendor will be responsible for delivering and installing the mulch, as well as providing bed edge and complete clean up at the site. The project is expected to begin on March 2, 2026, and be completed by April 6, 2026. • The project includes the installation of brown dyed triple shred mulch at Pullen Park and the Raleigh Rose Garden, and natural triple shred mulch at Dix Park and Chavis Park. • The vendor will be required to provide a comprehensive narrative, outline, and/or graph demonstrating their understanding and approach to accomplishing the tasks outlined in the scope of work. • The vendor will be evaluated based on their corporate background and experience, financial stability, project understanding, project approach, team firm experience, and proposed cost.
