Description
The County of Los Angeles is seeking bids for the provision of Netscout Master Care Maintenance. The maintenance period is from 12/01/25 to 11/30/26. The bid includes four commodity lines: NetScout MasterCare Support, GeniusOne - Full (50) - Software License, and two other items. Bidders must submit their bids online through the Vendor Self Service portal. The bid package must include a completed specification worksheet and other required attachments.
• The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in the bids.
• The bid must be submitted online by the closing date and time specified in the solicitation.
• The bidder must be an authorized distributor/reseller/service provider for all products and services offered.
• The bidder must include a letter of certification from the manufacturer or authorized distributor with their bid response.
• The County may conduct a reasonable inquiry to determine the responsibility of a bidder.
• The County may terminate the contract if the bidder fails to perform or if the bidder's failure to perform is not excusable.
