Description
The VA is seeking a qualified contractor to perform deep enzymatic cleaning of the internal cooling coils for six critical air‑handling units (AHUs) located in Building One of the Richard L Roudebush VA Medical Center in Indianapolis, IN. The work includes pre‑ and post‑cleaning pressure‑drop measurements, photographic documentation, waste disposal, filter replacement, and coordination with the site Contracting Officer Representative to ensure minimal disruption to patient‑care areas. All work must comply with VA, OSHA, NADCA, and ASHRAE standards, and the contractor must provide qualified personnel, appropriate insurance, and adhere to strict security, privacy, and reporting requirements.
