Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for a minimum of 870 to a maximum of 1,145 gross rentable square feet of retail storefront space in Kissimmee, Florida. The space will be used as a recruiting station for the Air Force Career Center. The lease term is five years, and the government has termination rights. The lease must be a full-service lease, including all utilities and janitorial services. The space must contain adequate parking for three government vehicles and must comply with all federal, state, and local construction standards and building codes. The lessor is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and for constructing, operating, maintaining, and obtaining a certificate of occupancy for the leased premises.
