Description
The City of Albany is seeking bids for janitorial and custodial services at the Law Enforcement Center (LEC) located at 201 West Oglethorpe. The contract will be for one year with three options to renew for additional one-year terms. The successful bidder will be required to provide all necessary labor, materials, cleaning supplies, paper products, tools, equipment, and other items necessary to complete the contract requirements. The bidder must also provide a bid bond, proof of insurance, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• The scope of work includes daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing various areas of the facility.
• The bidder must have experience in providing similar services and must be able to provide references.
• The bidder must also comply with the City of Albany's procurement policies and procedures.
• The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
• The City of Albany reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding process.
