Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide an EQ Stereotaxic Instrument in support of the Sioux Falls VA Healthcare System. The instrument should include a Model 942 Dual Small Animal Stereotaxic Instrument, a Mouse Gas Anesthesia Head Holder, Zygoma Ear Cups, a Stereotaxic Drill, a Universal Holder, an Electrode Holder, and a Head Alignment Tool. The contractor must deliver the equipment to the Sioux Falls VA Healthcare System within 90-120 days after award. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price contract, and the contractor must provide a warranty for the equipment.
• The instrument should have a compact digital display console with 10-micron resolution and allow for X, Y, Z adjustments.
• The instrument should have a universal joint calibrated on two planes for access from any angle.
• The contractor must provide technical assistance, development, and generation of final specifications.
• The contractor must deliver the equipment to the Research building at the Sioux Falls VA Healthcare System campus.
• The contractor must provide a one-year warranty or the manufacturer's warranty, whichever is greater.
