Civic Center Wayfinding

The City of Santa Ana is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive wayfinding improvements at the Civic Center. The work includes design, fabrication, and installation of new directory signage; removal and replacement of existing concrete sidewalks, colored concrete, and parking‑lot striping on an on‑call basis; repainting and relaminating existing signs; and installing new galvanized steel sign posts. The contractor must also handle utility adjustments, traffic control, erosion & sediment control, and comply with prevailing‑wage, CAL‑Green, and other municipal regulations. Work is to commence within 20 working days of award and be completed by the end of June 2026, with liquidated damages of $1,000 per day for delays. • Install ¼‑in. aluminum directory signs with laminated maps and custom brackets. • Replace 6‑in. PCC sidewalks (both non‑colored and colored) and re‑stripe ADA and non‑ADA parking stalls. • Remove/replace existing signage, posts, and perform concrete removal/replacement on an on‑call minimum of 100 sf per request.
