Description
The West Virginia Purchasing Division is seeking expressions of interest from qualified firms to provide professional design services for the resurfacing of the airfield at Camp Dawson near Kingwood, WV. The project includes designing and installing a new airfield runway, approximately 850,000 square feet. The selected firm will be responsible for providing a complete design, including all engineering and architectural disciplines, and preparing construction bid documents. The firm will also be responsible for researching and investigating existing utilities and providing drawings and specifications as needed.
• The project is expected to be completed before September 30, 2026.
• The selected firm will be required to provide construction bid services and administrative services to the Agency.
• The firm will be evaluated based on their qualifications, experience, and past performance.
• The contract will be awarded to the firm that provides the best value solution.
