Pharmaceutical Settlement Recovery and Claims Management Services

The Rochester City School District is seeking a consultant to assist in identifying, quantifying, and recovering funds available through pharmaceutical settlement or class action recovery programs. The consultant will review eligibility, prepare and file claims, coordinate with settlement administrators, provide financial analysis, and advise on compliance and recordkeeping requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience in public-sector claims administration, financial recovery consulting, or settlement coordination. Key responsibilities include: • Reviewing eligibility under current and future pharmaceutical litigation settlements • Preparing, filing, and tracking claims on behalf of the District • Coordinating with settlement administrators, attorneys general, or other oversight entities • Providing financial analysis, documentation support, and reporting • Advising on compliance and recordkeeping requirements related to recovery funds The contract term will be from November 5, 2025, to June 30, 2026, with an option to renew for two additional one-year terms.
