Description
This solicitation calls for a Firm‑Fixed‑Price contract to provide comprehensive industrial water‑treatment services at Wright‑Patterson Air Force Base. The contractor will be responsible for chemical treatment, monitoring, and analysis of cooling towers, package boilers, high‑temperature water heating plants, central steam plants, heat‑exchanger loops, and closed‑loop systems, including specialized analyses (metallurgical, embrittlement, resin, steam purity) and related studies. The effort is structured into multiple line‑items with a base period of 12 months and optional extensions. All labor, materials, equipment, and supervision are required, and performance will be governed by a detailed Performance Work Statement.
