Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Polymedco

The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a firm-fixed price purchase order to Polymedco Cancer Diagnostic Products LLC for a service to mail Fecal Immunochemical Test (FIT) collection kits to Veterans to screen for colorectal cancer. The proposed period of performance is September 10, 2026 – September 09, 2031. The task order will use various means of telecommunications and print media to inform Veterans of necessary testing, instructions for proper collection, and mailing collection kits for testing of an indefinite number of Veterans annually, but an estimated range of 100,000 to 700,000. • The service includes mailing collection kits to Veterans and providing return addresses for the kits. • The contractor shall provide a mailer collection kit service for Veterans within the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) at various regional units across the enterprise. • Pricing includes all labor, materials, and supplies to perform this service. • The Government reserves the right to negotiate solely with Polymedco Cancer Diagnostic Products LLC under the authority of GSAM 538.7104-3, Sole Source Justifications.
