Description
The VA is seeking a commercial vendor to provide a one‑year license for the Quality Compass data subscription, covering commercial, Medicaid, and Medicare plan data with a Data Exporter feature. The contract is firm‑fixed‑price, with a twelve‑month base period and up to four optional twelve‑month extensions. Deliverables include the licensed software and the ability to export customized reports and all‑measure data files for internal VA analysis and benchmarking across VISN regions. The VA will receive a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the data for benchmarking, quality improvement, cost analysis, and related reporting, subject to limits on external sharing and publication.
• One (1) Quality Compass license (Commercial, Medicaid, Medicare) with Data Exporter
