Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide license renewal and support services for the existing PAR Excellence System throughout VISN 20 locations. The contract will cover follow-on, yearly support services, including hardware warranty, software licensing fees, and 24/7 support hotline access. The contractor will be responsible for diagnosing problems, correcting software and hardware issues, and providing technical assistance. The contract will be for a period of 5 years, with an option to renew.
