NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY – Solicitation #U2024106/ENG-LIBRARY/2425 The City of Punta Gorda will be receiving sealed submittal responses at the Procurement Office, 126 Harvey Street, 2nd Floor, Punta Gorda, FL 33950 from qualified bidders for: SCOPE: The City’s objective is to CONTRACT with a qualified, competent and State of Florida licensed engineering, architectural, and landscape architectural firms to establish an engineering library for citywide use. REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATION: Bidder must be registered with the State of Florida as a Professional Engineering firm or if an individual, a licensed Professional Engineer, Professional Architect, and/or Professional Landscape Architect Certificate of Authorization Solicitation Package Protest deadline: February 2, 2026 at 4:30 PM ET Inquiry and Clarification Request deadline: February 20, 2026 at 3:00 PM ET Submittal due date and time: February 27, 2026, at 3:00 PM ET or as may be amended by the subsequent issuance of addenda.
