Functional Flight Check Program (FCF)

The United States Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide aircrew services for the Functional Flight Check Program (FCF) at Patrick Space Force Base, Florida. The contractor will perform HH-60W Functional Check Flights, maintenance flight tests, Operational Check Flights, Acceptance Test Profiles, and other services to ensure the airworthiness and maintenance status of the aircraft. The contractor will also provide instructional training and troubleshooting of communication and mission equipment. • The contractor will provide two fully qualified helicopter pilots and one fully qualified Instructor Special Missions Aviator. • The contractor will perform flight services, including Functional Check Flights, maintenance flight tests, and Operational Check Flights. • The contractor will provide instructional training and troubleshooting of communication and mission equipment. • The contractor will maintain government-issued Electronic Flight Bags and ensure that publications are kept current. • The contractor will provide a point of contact responsible for the performance of the work.
