Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) intends to award a sole source contract to Advanced Mobility & Shelter Technologies, LLC (AMST) for the full-service maintenance and repair of a VA Pittsburgh Medical Center Monroeville CBOC owned MRI Trailer. The contract will have a base period of one year and four one-year option periods. The contractor will be required to provide preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and remote support for the MRI trailer. The contractor must guarantee a 98% uptime of the equipment over each 12-month contract period.
• The contractor must provide OEM parts and follow manufacturer specifications for maintenance and repairs.
• The contractor must provide remote support and have a nationally approved memorandum of understanding/interconnection security agreement (MOU/ISA) to access VA systems.
• The contractor must comply with VA security guidelines, including registration on the vendor credentialing and visitor management system called Symplr.
• The contractor must provide documentation of maintenance and repairs, including equipment downtime and detailed descriptions of services performed.
