Description
The US Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) is seeking to purchase and implement ManagerPlus Lightning software, a cloud-based system for fleet maintenance and logistics, to improve the operational readiness of ten Caribbean Partner Nation (PN) Defense Force-Coast Guards. The software will provide asset management, work order management, preventative maintenance, work request management, inventory management, vendor management, and dashboard management. The contract will be for a base period of 12 months, with option periods of 12 months each. The contractor will be required to provide implementation, training, and support services.
• The software must be compatible with Microsoft Windows, Apple iOS, and Android devices.
• The software must provide reporting capability to detect early signs of equipment and vehicle fatigue.
• The contractor must provide a total of five hours of administrator training.
• The contractor must provide post-implementation group end-user training.
• The contractor must provide security updates and enhancements to the software.
• The contractor must ensure that the software is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.
