This notice announces the Department of Veterans Affairs’ intent to award a sole‑source, firm‑fixed‑price service contract for the maintenance and support of existing ScriptPro robotic prescription dispensing systems at the Veterans Health Care System of Ozarks. The contract will provide comprehensive technical support, parts, software updates, and emergency repairs over an initial year with four additional option years. The award is justified under FAR 8.405‑6(a)(1)(B) because ScriptPro is deemed the only source capable of delivering the specialized services required. Interested parties may submit evidence to challenge the sole‑source determination, but the government is not obligated to consider such submissions.
