Description
The City of Manchester seeks qualified firms to provide comprehensive post‑closure services for its closed landfill sites, including routine operation and maintenance of the landfill‑gas flare system, non‑routine emergency repairs, regular inspections, groundwater and gas monitoring, and all related regulatory compliance and engineering support over a multi‑year period.
• Perform bi‑monthly flare inspections, monthly well monitoring, and quarterly gas‑perimeter probes.
• Provide on‑call emergency response, condensate collection, and equipment replacement services.
• Conduct semi‑annual landfill cover inspections and prepare annual post‑closure reports for the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services.
• Deliver groundwater sampling, analysis (including PFAS), and data reporting; support permit renewals and engineering studies as needed.
• Contract term is five years with two optional one‑year extensions, on an on‑call/task‑order basis.
