Sofa Seating

The University of North Carolina at Charlotte's Housing & Residence Life Department is seeking bids from qualified vendors to supply a large quantity of living room sofas for three residence halls: Hawthorn, Oak, and Holshouser. The vendor will be responsible for providing all sofas, according to the included specifications, along with inside delivery and complete installation. The installation will include full assembly of each item, positioning in its end location, and removal and proper disposal of all trash and waste materials generated from the delivery and assembly of the sofas. • The sofas must meet or exceed the listed specifications, including dimensions, weight, seat count, and material. • The vendor must provide color options available to the University at the price proposed, with a minimum of four color options required. • Delivery must be completed between July 13 – July 30, 2026 during normal business hours. • The vendor is responsible for inside delivery to each designated room/area and must unpack and fully assemble each piece of furniture. • The vendor must remove all trash from delivery and installation from the premises.
