OWNER'S ADVISOR FOR MCWWTP DEWATERING BUILDING IMPROVEMENTS

The Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati (MSDGC) is seeking an Owner's Advisor to provide technical and project management support for the Mill Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant (MCWWTP) Dewatering Building Improvements project. The project aims to construct a new dewatering building, replace process equipment, improve operational flexibility, and provide a more reliable feed to the Fluidized Bed Incinerators. The Owner's Advisor will assist MSDGC throughout the planning, design-builder procurement, design, and construction phases of the project. • Provide planning and Owner's Advisor services for the project • Develop design criteria and design-builder procurement documents • Provide technical and project management support during the design and construction phases • Assist with risk management and quality control • Ensure compliance with MSDGC's Small Business Enterprise Program and other applicable regulations
