Pharmacy Benefit Manager Addendum

The Newark Board of Education is seeking a Pharmacy Benefit Manager to provide services for their employees. The vendor will also be responsible for providing customer service, including a dedicated toll-free number and a dedicated account management team. The Board is expecting a high level of service, including same-day responses to concerns and timely and transparent reporting.
