Description
This solicitation seeks proposals to supply airfield runway construction materials and related services for use by Sourcewell’s participating entities, covering installation, maintenance, testing, and ancillary solutions. The award will result in a contract (or contracts) that can be leveraged by any of the thousands of public‑sector members of the Sourcewell cooperative. Vendors must obtain the full solicitation package via the Sourcewell procurement portal and submit proposals by the deadline.
• Scope includes provision of pavement surfacing, base aggregates, sealants, installation, and runway testing services.
• Open to all qualified vendors; no prior award history required.
