Description
The Town of Seaboard, NC, seeks a qualified engineering firm to design, bid‑prepare, and inspect construction of a low‑pressure residential wastewater system at 603 S. Washington St. The work is funded by a Community Development Block Grant – Neighborhood Revitalization (CDBG‑NR) award. The scope includes final design and construction bid package preparation, bid advertising and award administration, pre‑construction conference, field surveying, construction supervision, payment and change‑order review, final inspection, as‑built drawings, and an operation‑and‑maintenance manual. Submissions must include firm information, wastewater experience, capacity, work plan, and debarment compliance, and be received by 2 p.m. on October 21, 2026.
