The Onondaga County is seeking bids for the construction of the Asset Renewal Project – Phase 2, Baldwinsville-Seneca Knolls Wastewater Treatment Plant. The project includes various upgrades and replacements such as process drain and influent sampler relocation, primary sludge degritter replacement, and HVAC and electrical updates. A pre-bid meeting will be held on November 4, 2025.
