Description
The United States Air Force Academy (USAFA) is seeking a vendor to provide a Chemical Compound Database. The database should meet the salient characteristics specified in Attachment 1. The contract will be a firm-fixed price contract, and the period of performance will consist of a 12-month base year period and four 12-month option year periods. The vendor should provide a quote that includes the price, technical capability, and past performance. The Government will evaluate the quotes based on price and technical capability, and may conduct comparative evaluations between quoters.
