Lanmark Group is seeking Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE), and Service Disable Veteran Owned Business (SDVOB) Subcontractors for DASNY – College of Staten Island Buildings 1A, 2A, 1C, 1L, & 6S Cupola Roof, Lantern and Skylight Restoration, Masonry Wall Repairs, Roof Cover Replacement and Associated Asbestos Abatement, located at 2800 Victory Boulevard, Building 1C, Staten Island, New York 10314. All work to be performed per the PLA using union wages. The possible trades we are looking to subcontract to M/WBE & SDVOB Subcontractors include:

· Modified Bituminous Membrane Roofing
· Membrane Flashing
· Joint Firestopping
· Joint Sealants
· Hollow Metal Doors and Frames
· Exterior Painting
· Postable Post and Railings
· Plumbing
· Electrical, Communications
