The purpose of this purchase is to ensure precise consumption tracking, support efficient billing processes, enhance water resource management, and promote conservation through reliable metering of reclaimed water use. The Master Meter Octave Series is selected for its proven accuracy, durability, and compatibility with reclaimed water conditions. • The meters will be installed on service connections where reclaimed water is supplied for non-potable uses such as irrigation, landscape watering, and other approved applications. • The purchase is intended to be a single source procurement, with Empire Pipe & Supply Company, Inc. as the proposed vendor. • The contract is intended to be from 10/01/2026 to 9/30/2029.
