Description
The Department of Administration is seeking a qualified vendor to provide Bond Disclosure Legal Counsel Services. The selected vendor will assist the Department in legal and advisory matters related to debt obligations, including preparing preliminary official statements, official statements, and other documents. The vendor will also provide advice on federal securities law, disclosure obligations, and other debt-related issues. The contract period is from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2031.
• The vendor must have experience with similar transactions and federal securities law expertise.
• The vendor must be able to meet schedules and due diligence requirements.
• The vendor must provide a cost proposal that includes hourly rates and expenses.
• The vendor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to discrimination and lobbying.
