Description
The Bassie Spring Improvement Project is a small‑scale civil construction effort focused on rehabilitating a spring water delivery system and securing the surrounding area. The contractor will remove an existing, non‑functional spring box and trough, then install a new spring box equipped with a sand/gravel pack, underground PVC pipeline, float valve, and new trough. Additionally, a 650‑foot post‑and‑rail fence will be constructed to protect the infrastructure.
