Brink Elevated Watertank Rehabilitation

The Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC) is soliciting sealed bids for the rehabilitation of the Brink Elevated Watertank. The project includes structural repairs, replacement of associated service and overflow piping, valves, vaults, and other appurtenances, as well as site work, grading, access road upgrade, electrical, instrumentation, and maintaining access for communication service providers. The contractor will also be responsible for the demolition of existing structures and the construction of a new prefabricated telecommunication tower. • The project requires the contractor to have experience in performing similar goods or services. • The contractor must provide proof of minimum qualifications, including documentation of experience and certifications. • The contractor must submit a bid that includes all required forms and documentation, including the OSDI participation form, certificate of insurance, and consent to use electronic signature. • The contract will be awarded based on the lowest responsive, responsible bid. • The contractor will be required to perform the work in accordance with the contract documents and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
