PPE 2 SAFETY APPAREL AND ASSORTED SAFETY ITEMS

The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California is soliciting bids from qualified suppliers to provide PPE 2 Safety Apparel and Assorted Safety Items under an Inventory Replenishment Contract. The contract will be for a one-year period with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods. The supplier will be required to deliver the contract items within seven calendar days of receiving the purchase order. The bid must include 100% of the line items contained in the RFB to be considered responsive. The evaluation criteria will be based on responsiveness, responsibility, and price. • The supplier must have adequate resources and experience to execute the specifications under this solicitation. • The supplier must provide information about four of its largest or most recent projects that are most similar to Metropolitan's RFB. • The supplier must have a minimum of five years of verifiable experience in the supply of items covered in this RFB. • The supplier must have the ability to support all outlying Metropolitan locations for delivery of items within seven calendar days.
