Cheboygan Area Schools Work Yard Enclosure

The Cheboygan Area Schools is soliciting bids for the construction of an enclosed work yard at the Cheboygan Area High School. The project requires the submission of sealed bids, which will be publicly opened and read aloud on June 29, 2026. Bidders must include a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship with the school board or superintendent, as well as a sworn and notarized Affidavit of Compliance with the Iran Economic Sanctions Act. A Bid Security for 5% of the bid amount is also required. • The bid package must be labeled "WORK YARD ENCLOSURE" and received prior to 11:00 a.m. local time on the deadline date. • An optional pre-bid meeting is scheduled for June 17, 2026, at 1:30 p.m. at the Cheboygan Area High School. • The school reserves the right to reject any and all bids and make awards in the best interests of the owner.
