Description
The Fermi Forward Discovery Group (FFDG) at Fermilab is seeking a contractor to provide preventative and corrective maintenance services for the chillers in the Central Utility Building (CUB). The selected contractor will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and replacements as needed. The contract will have a base year and four option years, with the possibility of extension. The contractor must have experience with Trane CenTraVac chillers and be able to provide emergency response services within 24 hours. Key personnel, including technicians and a QA representative, must be identified and have the necessary expertise.
• The contract requires compliance with various regulations, including OSHA and NFPA 70E.
• The contractor must have experience with electrical installations and work at heights.
• A site visit is scheduled for March 25, 2026, at 1:00 PM CST.
• Proposals must be submitted by April 10, 2026, by 5:00 PM CST.
• The evaluation criteria include technical factors, such as experience and technical support, as well as price.
