Description
The West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids for elevator maintenance and repairs at various locations statewide, including Charleston, Kingwood, Martinsburg, Montgomery, and Williamstown. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew for up to three successive one-year periods. The successful bidder will be required to provide preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as repairs, for elevators at the specified locations. The bid must include pricing for monthly preventive maintenance, hourly labor rates, and estimated parts costs.

• Martinsburg: Multi-Purpose Building, Bldg. 304, Bldg. 307, Bldg. 309, and Bldg. 119
• Montgomery: MCA South, Maclin Hall, and Tech Center Bldg.
• Williamstown: Readiness Center
• Charleston: various locations
• Glen Jean: AFRC
• Fairmont: ARFC
• Camp Dawson: various locations
The bidder must also provide a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid, as well as proof of insurance and licenses.
