The State University of New York (SUNY) Upstate Medical University is seeking to purchase Fisher Scientific Healthcare Specialty Distribution - Lab and related products. Vendors who sell equivalent products may contact Brennan LaQue to discuss the procurement. The successful contractor must provide valid and current NYS Workman's Compensation and Disability Forms. The contract term will be through the expiration of the Premier contract PP-LA-508. • The procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law §139 j&k, AKA the Lobbying Law. • Equivalency must be demonstrated by meeting the clinical performance of the Fisher Scientific Healthcare Specialty Distribution - Lab and Related Products. • The vendor must provide free supporting clinical documentation, and equipment for examination, demonstration, and trial. • The vendor must be authorized to sell Fisher Scientific Healthcare Specialty Distribution - Lab as listed on the Premier contract or approved equivalent.
