North Central Mechanical, Inc. will be submitting a bid on Wednesday, July 15, 2026 at 2pm for the OMH St. Lawrence Psychiatric Center Decentralize Steam Production from Building 201 (HVAC Contract) project located in Ogdensburg, NY.
We are actively soliciting quotes from NYS MBE, WBE, and SDVOB subcontractors and vendors for the following scopes of work:
Selective Demo/Demolition, Painting, Balancing, Insulation, Controls Electrical Installation, and HVAC Material and Equipment Supplies.
