LAPRELE DAM REPLACEMENT – MATERIALS TESTING SERVICES

The Wyoming State Construction Department is seeking a qualified materials testing firm to conduct onsite and on-call testing during the construction of LaPrele Dam in Converse County, Wyoming. The construction phase services will require testing from March 2026 through October 2028, with a critical project timeframe from June to September 2027. The selected firm will be a subconsultant to RESPEC Company, LLC, which is providing Owner's Advisory services to the LaPrele Irrigation District. The materials testing firm will be responsible for performing roller-compacted concrete, conventional concrete, and miscellaneous earthwork and grouting testing. • The RFP package can be obtained by contacting Steve Bareis, RESPEC Project Administrator, at [email protected]. • Proposals must be submitted electronically to Mr. Bareis no later than November 25, 2025, at noon Mountain Time. • The selected testing firm will be notified of their acceptance on or about December 8, 2025. • The RFP contains a scope-of-work, Statement of Qualifications form, testing matrix, and applicable plans and specifications.
