Southern Public Health Facility

The County of Webb is seeking a qualified security company to provide on-site security guard services for the Southern Public Health Facility. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing trained and licensed security personnel to ensure the safety and security of the facility, its staff, and visitors. The contract term is expected to be for an initial period of three years, with up to two additional one-year renewal options. The contractor will be required to provide a minimum of one on-site security guard, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The contractor must also comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards, including those related to private security services in the State of Texas. • Key responsibilities include: monitoring and controlling public access, greeting and directing visitors, maintaining orderly operations, observing and reporting suspicious activity, and responding to incidents and emergencies. • The contractor must also provide daily activity reports, incident reports, and other documentation as required by the County. • The County reserves the right to modify the contract terms, including the scheduling of hours and days of coverage, and to request additional services or staffing.
