FIFTH GENERATION DATALINKS SUPPORT

The United States Air Force (USAF), Air Force Test Center (AFTC) is conducting market research to identify potential sources for sustainment support of the Fifth Generation Datalinks System (FGDS). The support will be required for a period of five years post-contract award. The contractor will provide technical support, sustainment, and hardware/software upgrades or enhancements for the FGDS, which includes the Northrop Grumman Communications, Navigation, Identification (CNI) Suite of hardware and software. The contractor will also provide risk management framework (RMF) bodies of evidence (BOE) to sustain authorization to operate (ATO) throughout the period of performance. • The contractor will provide on-call technical support during normal business hours. • The contractor will provide sustainment, hardware/software upgrades or enhancements for the FGDS. • The contractor will provide risk management framework (RMF) bodies of evidence (BOE) to sustain authorization to operate (ATO) throughout the period of performance. • The contractor will provide an estimate (ROM) for any upgrade or enhancement to the currently installed fifth generation datalinks support configuration.
