Sarpy County Courthouse Dock Remodel

The Sarpy County Courthouse Dock Remodel project involves the exterior addition to, and remodel of, the existing loading dock of the courthouse building. The scope of work includes demolition of a portion of the existing building, addition of a new overhead door and dock surface, extension of existing fencing, and site work such as demolition and replacement of existing stairs and paving. The project also includes a new metal canopy to provide cover for the entrance walkway and parking. The contractor will be responsible for site clearing and grading, selective demolition, concrete wall, stair, and slab forming and pouring, metal fabrication, general carpentry, caulking, and painting, among other tasks. • The project requires compliance with all applicable federal and state laws and county ordinances. • The contractor must provide labor and materials for repairs to damaged property. • The contractor must handle and dispose of hazardous materials in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. • The project includes a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting, and the contractor is encouraged to attend. • The contract will be awarded to a single contractor, and the award will be made by the Sarpy County Board of Commissioners.
